Project Name: Strategic UX Research of EV
The project was about the future trend of electric vehicle markets and the industry analysis for the potential strategic research of the current business models which can be developed and invested from Lenovo Group. This report covers and compares over 23 car companies globally, and also includes the history of the electric vehicles companies' background, the innovation revolution of electric vehicles markets in China, and the sketches of future EV interior concept design. I made the User Research analysis for Lenovo's 2022 electric markets and presented to stakeholders.
